One of Thailand's leading universities has issued new uniform guidelines. There will now also be a school uniform especially for ladyboys. For example, the pants have a different fit than for male students.

Thai universities usually have strict requirements for wearing school clothes. A distinction is of course made between boys and girls, but there is now also a uniform for the third gender: Ladyboys or Kathoey.

Some schools in Thailand already had special toilets for the third gender. Bangkok University's new uniform requirements are seen as another step towards full acceptance of ladyboys.

Uniforms are now available not only for ladyboys, but also for tomboys.
The trousers for ladyboys are tighter than those for the boys, and the trousers for tomboys are just a bit wider than for the boys, if I understand correctly. But in this subject I never dare to rule out a mistake. 🙂

What a hassle, if uniforms are a must then at least let everyone choose:
    - shorts
    - short skirt
    – long pants (normal fit)
    – long pants (tight, slim fit)
    - long skirt
    – blouse (1 model or else a normal blouse and a model with a lower cut) with short and long sleeves.

And then let everyone be free in his or her choice in this flavor palette.
