A Thai drunk driver drove for two kilometers on the train tracks in Bangkok.

The man had driven the wrong way and then decided to look for an exit via the train tracks. The Bangkok police reported this to the Thai newspaper Thai Rath.

A tow truck tried in vain to get the car off the rails. The only solution was to drag the car two kilometers back over the tracks.

Train traffic stopped for two hours

Thai rail traffic was halted for two hours due to the incident. The driver can expect a fine of 100.000 baht.
