Tourist commits suicide by jumping off Asoke BTS station

A 40-year-old Saudi tourist was killed in Bangkok today when he jumped off the platform of the Asoke BTS Station.

Hamed A. was rushed to a hospital, but to no avail. Doctors diagnosed a broken neck, basilar skull fracture and several bone fractures.

Witnesses told police they saw the man arguing with his girlfriend at the BTS Skytrain station. When the Skytrain stopped at Asoke station, the man ran and jumped down.

The argument with his girlfriend was most likely the reason for his decision, INN writes.
