Thai protesters occupy government buildings (video)
In the Netherlands, there is a lot of attention for the demonstrations in Thailand. Almost all newspapers pay attention to it. The NOS showed images in the Journaal. The raiding of government buildings in Bangkok is especially mentioned.
Dutch TV shows images of tens of thousands of Thai people demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra.
NOS correspondent Michel Maas says that the past few days have been "the most chaotic and dramatic since 2010". “Democracy in Thailand is not about elections. It is about who manifests himself the strongest on the street and who protests the most fiercely.”
According to the demonstrators, former Prime Minister Thaksin, who has lived in exile since 2008, rules the country from a distance. To get rid of him and the government, they want to completely paralyze the country.
Prime Minister Yingluck condemns the occupation of the Ministry of Finance. She warns that the action will undermine confidence in the economy and tourism. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is also occupied.
Bangkok Post reports on its website that a German freelance journalist was punched in the face by guards while taking photos at police headquarters. A protest leader and former Democratic MP had pointed to him and said, “That's the foreign red shirt reporter. Chase him away.' The police managed to pull him away in time. His glasses and camera were damaged in the attack.

I really can't imagine that the demonstrations were over on November 27th. There is only one sacred date here, and that is December 1, the King's birthday.
December 4 I return from Thailand. Is there a chance that they will occupy the airport in Bangkok and what can I do? (My visa runs until January 4).
