Official figures show that British people misbehave the most in Thailand. In addition, the likelihood of UK tourists under the age of 40 dying abroad is highest in Cambodia and Thailand, according to Statista figures from the Helping British Nationals Abroad 2015/16 report.

The report also concluded that Thailand is one of the countries where Britons are most likely to be hospitalized. Another fact: Thailand is one of the countries with the highest number of recorded mental health problems among Britons.

It also appears that the British Embassy in Bangkok is one of the busiest consular departments in the world.

I myself think that the excessive alcohol abuse of British people abroad, both among men and women, is largely to blame for this. Not only in Thailand, but also in Southern Europe, for example, the British, and especially the English, are often involved in fights and accidents as a result of drunkenness. Incidentally, Dutch young people can also misbehave abroad.

The English are not in this list, and I also think that most holidaymakers are also English.
Would be clearer if you see how many inhabitants per country visit Thailand per year, and how many of them are arrested, only then can you have a clear picture.
