Doctor accused of groping women's breasts

The director of a private hospital in Nakhon Ratchasima is accused of groping women's breasts. He would have done that during the medical checkup of factory workers, eleven of whom have reported the incident.

During the check, he loosened their clothing and touched their breasts, although a preventive check for breast cancer was not part of the study. The complainants say he never touched their breasts during previous examinations. According to them, he now only did it selectively and especially with young women who looked good.

Yesterday, the doctor reported to the Sung Poen police and denied the allegation. His lawyer says his client acted normally and in accordance with health check procedure.

Nevertheless, the director says he is willing to make an arrangement with them. He has previously tried to persuade the women to withdraw their declaration, the women refuse and demand 50.000 baht in compensation.
