The Nation opens today with the message that the rice subsidies, initiated by the previous cabinet led by Yingluck Shinawatra, are a nail in its coffin. In addition to the pending impeachment procedure, criminal prosecution for dereliction of duty is now imminent because Yingluck allegedly failed to act against corruption in the provision of rice subsidies. She could face up to 10 years in prison for this offense. – Thailand wants to give a special status to an airport in the country. This hub with the name 'aviation industrial estate' is used for repairs, the production of parts for aircraft and conducting aviation research.
