The Nation opens the report that experts do not expect consumer spending to increase following the Bank of Thailand's interest rate cut. The interest on short-term loans was lowered by a quarter of a percent to 1,75 percent yesterday. This measure should stimulate Thailand's ailing economy. Bangkok Post headlines that Narong Sahametapat, a tan official in the Ministry of Health has been transferred by order of Prayut.     You see them walking in the picture, Lèse majeste. Old people. It could have been your grandpa and grandma.
    2.5 years in prison. They probably didn't even know what really happened at their age. Those around them have done that.
    I feel sorry for them.
    Justice is not justice. Justice is also in Thailand to keep the real culprits out of the wind.

    The fact that they are only convicted of this affair ten years later, and especially after their daughter has fallen from grace as crown princess is, er, remarkable.
