All over Europe, from Saturday to Sunday, the clocks are set back to standard time, also known as winter time. At 03.00:6 Dutch time, the clocks are set back one hour. The time difference between Thailand and the Netherlands/Belgium is again XNUMX hours from today.

If you intend to call Thailand or from Thailand to the Netherlands/Belgium, it is good to take the time difference into account, because otherwise you may disturb someone's night's sleep.

Since the 80s, the start of summer time has been made the same everywhere in the EU. Since then, DST starts on the last weekend in March and ends on the last weekend in October.

In all countries of the European Union, the clocks were moved last night. There is a proposal from the European Commission to abolish the mandatory change between winter and summer time, but no agreement has yet been reached.

Then we are one hour ahead of solar time. Before the First World War, we went with England. The Germans introduced it. After the war, we turned back the clock. With the Second World War, the Germans put it back forward and then it stayed that way.

Correct Hugo. I read an article by a scientist yesterday. He said very clearly that we could indeed turn back an hour more. This would benefit our health.
