Dear readers,

I went to the Immigration office in the Promenade mall in Chiangmai for nothing. It is no longer there and is moving, can you tell me where it is now?

Regards,

Pascal

Old airport location. Also easy to find on Google by the way…

A completely new building. Indeed in the "old" location. Too bad for me, because further away and parking doesn't seem lavish.

By the way, hope that the club that has to stamp your form after returning from abroad has also moved with you. Before Immigration moved to Promenade, this obligation did not exist.

      Teun,

if you mean TM30 form that is always mandatory, but after the first time the owner/landlord (it is then included in their system for the first time) it is allowed to arrange it by post, you will then receive the slip returned to your address . Please note that copies of, for example, ID of the owner/landlord must be supplied. Incidentally, the owner / lessor is responsible for this. This is my experience in both Chiangmai and Bangkok.

        Gerard,

Until about 3 years ago it may have been mandatory, but nobody paid attention to it. Just visited the past few times with passport and TM30. To do it by mail? My experiences with the post here are not exactly positive. So I'm definitely not going to do that. My question was: will the “TM30 club” also go to the new location.
I'll take a look myself when I'm back in Promenade to score coffee at Rimping.
