But when I have PARSLEY translated, my wife still reads PARSLEY in Thai.
The herbs often have different names here, when I ask for parsley at the market, they look at you if they see water burning. Hence my request for Thai or Isaan names.
I thought something had been written about this before on this blog, hence my question to the editors, but apparently they didn't know either, hence the reader's question.
