Lost TM6 form, now what?

Dear readers,

Am in Thailand for a month and have a small problem. The fact is that I lost my TM6 that was in my passport. Must have slipped somewhere. Of course I have my stamp of entry. If I leave Thailand again, is there a risk that I will have a problem at passport control?

If so, maybe I need to take some steps before going to the airport?

Thank you for an answer.

Regards,

Dirk

    Dear Dirk,

I read this on the Thai Embassy site:

For the lost TM 6 form, report it to the local immigration office
    and ask for a replacement.

    Good luck, Ko.

      For your information.
The Thai embassy site is not what it suggests as a website of Thai embassies nor is it an official website of the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

It is a website of Siam Legal. A law firm in Thailand.

Don't worry about it. You don't get any problems. You will also not be fined.

Just go to your immigration office. Can you create a new one there.

If you no longer have it on departure, you can also fill in a new one at the airport.

Do not worry. You won't get any problems and no fines.

Or if you go to the airport on departure, you can also ask for and fill in a new one there.

    No problem.

I too lost this form somewhere in Feb 2022 and on departure I reported this to the officer at the airport at check out and they immediately said no problem.
    Pleasant stay.

I lost it once in 2018. At the airport just before customs there is a table and they just lie on it. And otherwise just ask the man or woman who sends you to the right row for the gates

No problem. Last month I was at passport control just before I was to fly back to NL when the officer asked where my slip was. I didn't quite understand him, because I hadn't noticed it was gone at all. When I checked into my hotel in Lat Krabang, it was still there. Before I could say anything further, the officer was already busy filling out the form and a moment later I was allowed to continue. No angry faces, no difficult questions,
