Thailand reader question: Phuket Sandbox program, how can I prove to be fully vaccinated?
Dear readers,
In my opinion, to travel to Thailand via the Phuket Sandbox program, proof of full vaccination is required. How can people in the Netherlands obtain a certificate recognized by Thailand? Is the yellow book enough? Statement from the doctor? RIVM registration card?
I am curious about the answer….

The yellow booje with stamps, in which all other (tropical) vaccinations are also registered, is internationally recognised. I am not aware that Thailand would suddenly not accept this international document for Covid-19.
A booklet that does not have a photo, where the name is not filled in, seems doubtful to me that this would be accepted as evidence. I think it is more of an overview of vaccinations so that the GGD in the Netherlands can see which vaccinations need to be renewed. Furthermore, in Thailand, for example, after a bite from a cat or dog, one can see whether one has already had the first 3 vaccinations against rabies in the Netherlands, so that 2 additional vaccinations are sufficient.

Apparently you have not opened and read the link given by Bangkokfred, because this web page of the Thai embassy in The Hague does state that the yellow booklet is also accepted as proof of vaccination.

As everyone knows by now you need a COE to enter Thailand. When requesting this document online, you can, for example, upload the yellow booklet or the relevant vaccination documents from the GGD. The Thai Embassy in The Hague will, if approved, list the vaccination data on the COE. Then it's official.
Photo of the doc you get at the vaccination was enough for me. Then you can download a statement via DIGID after 2 weeks
