Reader question: Reliable rental management for my condo?
Dear readers,
Does anyone know a reliable rental management for my condo in Patong? I am currently renting out my condo through developer Emerald. However, he does not pay the contractual 7%, not even after various contacts.
Who has good experiences with a rental agent on Phuket?
Note: renting out yourself is not an option for me.

Unfortunately I can't find it right away, but Phuket Governorate has adapted the rental of condos and houses. This should no longer be allowed, but only with permission from the government and if the farang is in possession of a work permit.
Perhaps that's why Emerald is having a hard time.
Dear, which condo from The Emerald Group did you buy? We have reserved a condo at The Emerald Nrvana in Kalim, which is under construction but has already been seriously delayed. Sorry to hear that they are not fulfilling their obligations...
My condo is located in Emerald Terrace Patong. Delivered about half a year late last year. The other buyers are currently also not receiving their promised rental income…
