Reader question: Where can I go for liposuction of belly fat in Bangkok or Pattaya?
Dear readers,
I would like some advice and information about the possibility of liposuction of belly fat in Bangkok or Pattaya. For example, how is the quality and which clinics are recommended?
Thanks in advance!
Yours faithfully,
Charles
This scares me. The reason is that a friend of mine also had this done. Despite all my warnings, she was treated in a well-known clinic in Germany. To keep the story short: they hit her intestines, she went from hospital to hospital and unfortunately did not live long.
If I may give you some unsolicited advice: go walking, cycling, swimming and, above all, do not undergo surgery.
In my opinion, you should do something about the body if it is necessary.
Best regards.
Then that friend had fat removed from the inside of the abdominal wall, between the organs…
Removing subcutaneous fat, on the other hand, is harmless.

Dear Charels, if you haven't already done so, perhaps it is wise to first get rid of that belly fat in a different way, the procedure you are aiming for is quite a bit and will probably have to be repeated if you do not adjust your lifestyle, try this break the vicious circle, exercise, exercise, nutrition, etc., if not used to start slowly,
If you can't or don't want to, I recommend that you select a well-equipped hospital based on their qualities in this area, can't recommend one specifically, but there certainly will be in Bangkok, do your research on the internet.
Success.

Interested in this as well, so await the comments with interest.
Would be even better with a price indication.

Make an appointment at the Antwerp University Hospital at the Department of Abdominal Pediatric and Reconstructive Surgery. Telephone: +32-3 8213330
Let's do the whole research here of why do I have a lot of skin fat and are there physiological causes.
I have been walking around with overweight (obesity) since 2008. In the Netherlands, a mess has been made in the no 1 hospital in Eindhoven and the surrounding area.
I started the first research in Antwerp in mid-May. The final conclusion in the UZA was to operate urgently, otherwise you might not make it to Christmas.
Had gastric bypass surgery in early July and have now lost 40 kilos mid-November.
This is a much more natural way and you cannot suck away belly fat. Subcutaneous fat, yes. However, we have that for a reason, so just messing around with it can have a very wrong effect.
Oh yes a VERY good doctor although he does not have his name on it is Dr. Anthony Beunis.
UZA has contracts with most insurance companies in the Netherlands. Oh yes, don't be shocked by the number of Dutch people at the police and the number of cars with Dutch license plates in the parking lot. I myself have met people as far as Heerde.
Everything depends on your age, how long that fat has been there, etc...., but you can lose +/_ 80% by adjusting your lifestyle. Start with fitness and cardio, 30 minutes in the morning, 30 minutes in the evening for 2-3 weeks, then go to 60 minutes for 2-3 weeks, and then to 90 minutes until you notice that nothing is happening anymore or until you are satisfied.
It seems a bit heavy, and it is true, but if you keep this up you are guaranteed to get there, but you also have to adjust your meals drastically and that is not easy in the beginning. Keep it to 3 @ 4 small meals a day, 50-80 in the morning. XNUMX g oatmeal with skimmed milk and a piece of fruit, around noon a piece of grilled chicken or steak or fish with some vegetables, in the evening and in between if you are hungry maybe a protein shake, but after your evening meal nothing more!!!
Leave out NO, sugars, saturated fats and of course the tasty desserts, ice cream, sweets, etc.
Once you reach your goal, you can eat this mat mate and you only have to go to the gym 3-5 times a week or just go cycling 3-4 times a week, you will gain more cardio and pay attention to your diet. Nutrition is the cause that you became fat and will also be the cause if you gain weight again.
DISIPLINE and Success
Have belly fat removed? Where: between skin and peritoneum? those 1-2 cm?
In the abdomen itself, around the organs? Not until I've passed away, and they start using my organs as a good second hand, but not a second earlier.
My GP recommends the Bariatrisceh Center ZW-NL in Bergen o Zoom (gastric reduction as a last resort) as the best between two very bad people, because too fat at a later age is even worse. An acquaintance also has good experiences with this.
However, far and away the best: more exercise = burn more fat and NO alcohol (beer, wine, etc.)
Unfortunately.
Would go to Antwerp for a stomach reduction or as it is really called gastric bypass. as I previously reported.
I also received this message from a complaints manager of a Dutch hospital.
In Belgium, people are much more technically skilled from a medical point of view and they also look at the patient in a technocratic way and not through all kinds of college-graduated smarties.
The background is that many of the so-called bariatric centers were set up by "former" doctors of the UZA.
