Frans, if you have to bring it from abroad, think about an import permit and do that before shipment, otherwise you will lose the stuff. For further details: search Google for the link to Thai Customs.
Kale (curled kale) stumps and seeds can be purchased online in Thailand.
The seeds I ordered were sown and cared for by my girlfriend, who grows quite a few different plants, according to the instructions, but none of them deliver any plants.
Hence my question about kale plants that can be bought online in Thailand.
