Reader question: House wanted in Lampang or surroundings
Hallo,
We are currently in the city of Lampang and are looking for a house for 2 people here or in the area (countryside) to rent for about a month.
So far we have asked around in the city, but have not been able to find anything most suitable, and neither on sites such as airbnb and homeaway.
We would like a house with a garden / terrace, 1 bedroom, shower with hot water and a western toilet. Our budget is a maximum of 2500 bath per week. Does anyone have any tips or know of something for rent?

Go to the local estate agent (Real Estate) or check with the police. They know where houses are empty. Good luck. top martin

Thanks everyone for the info. Unfortunately I had not received any notification that there were responses to my question, so read them only now. However, we did find something very quickly (that's why I stopped looking for the responses myself); we went to the pizzeria in Lampang whose owner is an american and where many western residents of Lampang come. There we received a tip from a German and this was immediately hit. We also want to stay longer in other places in the coming months, so now we know how to handle this. Thanks again anyway!
