I am not receiving confirmation from the SVB about receiving my 2023 life certificate
Dear readers,
I have not received an answer to my questions about receiving my 2023 life certificate for months, have the upload or the documents sent arrived? I asked twice about this, but no answer, not even by email!
Below is the message via the internet from the SVB in my overview,
- Passed,24-07-2023 Status Pending.
- Passed, 22/06/2023 Status Pending.
Documents sent: Would you like to pass on anything or do you have a question?
So it has been in treatment for months! Could it be that at the beginning of March this year I was visited by two people from the Netherlands from the SVB, could it be that I therefore did not have to submit a life certificate for 2023?
I hope to finally get an answer to my questions, you really don't know where you stand, I hope someone from the SVB, for example, reads this to get certainty!
Regards,
Mopeddy
Editors: Do you have a question for the readers of Thailandblog? Use it contact form..
Mopeddy, have you been asked to hand in a life certificate?
If yes, you would have already received a reminder.
If no: then it is not registered. There is no answer to a question that never existed with computers...
If someone from SVB is reading here, do you think they know who Mopeddy is? Without your BSN you remain anonymous.
So wait.
I would say, call the SVB yourself and maybe you can even chat with an employee on their site
This worked quickly and correctly for me, Mopeddy.
Succes
WhatsApp with the SVB Would you like to ask us a question via WhatsApp? Then send a message to +31 (0)6 106 463 63. You cannot call or text this number.
Also get pending status message
It was treated later
So don't panic
My question to you is: Are you still receiving your AOW? If so, I wouldn't worry about it. Take a screenshot that says: PROCESSING with any dates before it disappears due to some glitch. You will then have proof that you have sent it.
If the SVB has not received a life certificate, you would indeed have to have received a reminder to do so before a certain date.
Furthermore, I think that you will always receive a request from the SVB to submit a life certificate every year.
You will receive a quick answer from SVB via Whatsapp: 06 1064 6363.
You can also contact the SVB via WhatsApp. I have good experiences with that. See following information:

My sincere thanks to all those who responded, I have now downloaded WhatsApp on my laptop and my iPhone, I have already received a message back, it was quick. Question, Hello SVB, have you received my life certificate for 2023 from me yet? Answer, This was received on June 22, 2023 and on July 24. I will transfer your file to my colleagues in Roermond to process your life certificate. If you have any substantive questions, please contact us.
I have been sending life certificates from Norway PR mail to SVB for 12 years. Never received confirmation from SVB.
Archie, I have been in Thailand for 16 years and never received confirmation. If that thing doesn't arrive, you get a reminder and you just send it again. This also applies to my pension company.
If I send my proof of life signed and stamped to the SVB, I will immediately receive a message that it has been received.
You don't need more anyway!!
As long as your money is deposited in the bank, you should not make any fuss.
