Can I do another 7 days AQ quarantine in Bangkok?
Dear readers,
Although I faithfully follow the evolution of what is possible to come to Thailand, I must have missed something. Some new sandboxes, but I don't see anywhere if you can still do the 13-day AQ quarantine in BKK (fully vaccinated with booster) from January 7 in a SHA plus hotel? Or is it only possible through the sandboxes?

The 7 or 10 day quarantine is still possible unchanged. This has always been clearly communicated. It may have been a bit lost on some people due to the commotion about the discontinued test & go and the restrictions of the Sandboxes, which have also been partially reversed as of January 11.
Vw the quarantine. Yes 7 days for vaccinated and 10 for unvaccinated. In addition to Bangkok, this is also possible in Pattaya. And also limited at other locations where international flights arrive. So also on Phuket. Just google ASQ list.
Consult the website of the Thai embassy in The Hague. There it is very clearly explained what the possibilities are to enter Thailand.
And yes, it is possible to quarantine for 7 days as a vaccinated person to enter the country.
