Home » Reader question » I don't know how to proceed with my Thailand Pass application?
Dear readers,
I am in the process of applying for a Thailand Pass for myself and my Thai wife. At first my wife got the comment that the English statement was apparently not good, after which I took out covid-19 insurance in Thailand and uploaded the certificate. My wife got to a few hours
her Thailand Pass, but with me now I get something with a link: https://t2m.io/Document-Required.
I wouldn't know what to do with this, but I'm not getting a response from Thailand Pass registration either. Has anyone else experienced this and what should I do now?
Regards,
Thick
Editors: Do you have a question for the readers of Thailandblog? Use it contact form..
I think the link you received is a phishing link, so do not use it. Beware as many fraudulent links are sent to Thailand Pass applicants. Here you can see the status of your request: https://tp.consular.go.th/en/check-status
I also think this is a phishing link Dick.
See: https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/.io
It seems extremely unlikely to me that the Thai government is using a domain on the British Indian Ocean Territory (.io) to process the Thailand Pass.
Time and time again, citizens' privacy and data security turn out to be of little or no importance to the Thai government.
I've been getting emails here for 3 days from “Thailand Pass” which I never applied for…Beware!
Have you uploaded a photo (jpg) of your proof of insurance? PDF not working properly.
Do not open the link !!!
only the link [email protected] can you open .
Got my thailand pass today through this link.
Last week also received a fake e-mail, and they asked me all kinds of useless questions, so don't open it.
Dear Dick,
The best thing to do in this case, if you haven't heard anything after seven days, is to resubmit the entire application.
Kind regards and good luck,
Ton
Good suggestions from everyone above.
If you still can't figure it out, you can look around and ask questions on the Thailand Pass Facebook Group where I am a moderator. Lots of helpful advice and personal experiences!

Thanks Thailand Blog if/that I can post this again!
Received an email from the official site requesting additional information. This done and timeless came a response, apparently automatically generated with impossible questions. Fake, don't respond. 2 days after my reply I received the ThailandPass without further problems.
Brother.
Herman (and everyone),
Official emails from the official site end with …@tp.consular.go.th. Only this domain is ok.
The rest – however official it may sound – is unfortunately not official.
At the moment there are dozens of fake email addresses pretending to be "official" including:
@document-consul.com
@consul-document.com
@consul-thpass.com
@thpass-document.com
@passport-consul.com
@thpass-consul.com

@thailand-document.com
@consular-document.com
@document-consular.com
@document-thailand.com
@consul-passport.com
@passport-document.com

The list grows daily…..
