Home » Reader question » Reader question: Who has experience with the online shop Lazada in Thailand
Dear readers,
Does anyone have experience with the online shop Lazada (th). I want to order some items for home on the site from Belgium and then have them delivered to our home address in Khong.
Best regards,
Jeans
Jean,
I have ordered several things from the lazada webshop and had them delivered, no problem at all.
Thanks for the info
Jean,
Several times I have bought things such as a laptop, a projector, a projection table and test strips. Lazada is a platform for individual businesses that want to sell through a website and Lazada arranges order receipt, payment and delivery. The goods come from those individual businesses and you can read the quality of such a business from the store valuation.
I once had a problem with a laptop bag for my 1 inch laptop. According to the supplier, laptops between 11.6 and 10 inches would fit in it, but it wouldn't fit at all. So the bag was returned and it was then delivered again because the packaging had been opened. After a very negative assessment, complaint and a letter to the highest boss of Kazada, the bag was finally picked up at my home by Lazada and credited. I had told Lazade that I would take the loss on the bag and didn't want to hear from them anymore. I must say that Lazada did everything possible not to lose me as a customer, despite that stupid shop of returning an unpacked item to me again.
Other things are all correct and delivered quickly.

Hi Jean,
I regularly buy from Lazada Thailand, have bought 2 TVs, a bed, camera, sunglasses, etc. from them. Will be neatly delivered at home either with pickup or small packages by postman. Never had any problems. Correct company, very good service.
Greetings Rudy.

Hello Jean
I have already ordered from Lazada a number of times, have not encountered any problems. Only the delivery after ordering is quite long, with me this takes an average of 5 to 6 days, but that may be due to my location, Suwannakhuha district.
I always choose cash on delivery as payment method, but they have plenty of payment options, such as Paypal and credit card.
With regards
Gert
The best online shop. Delivery on time. I always pay cash, only goods from China must be paid in advance. Not good can return within 7 or 14 days. No problem.
Once with an order there were no screws received a voucher of 400 baht bought screws myself 24 baht.
Pay close attention to the discounts usually 5% to 10% from minimum total amount 2,000 baht.
Have good experiences with Lazada.
Good service and reliable
Agreements are fulfilled.
Good help desk
I have good experiences with ordering and delivering Lazada to (my) address in Kantharalak.
Large items are delivered at home. While small items you can pick up the package at the post office.
Something back also no problem, just pass this on the website and it will be picked up or you have to return it via the post office. Obtained with the order via the website.
Your money will be refunded to your credit card in no time.
The only thing is if you have ordered something you will be bombarded with offers almost daily, but you will be able to turn them off somewhere.
Can you go all the way down to unsubscribe and then you will no longer receive emails ..
usually it says "unsubscribe" somewhere and you press that and then the question appears again to confirm if you are sure .... even if you do this you can always resubscribe later if you wish to receive offers again
Kind regards, Poo
I once ordered perfume for my girlfriend who lived in Bangkok at the time. Placed the order and paid with credit card from the Netherlands with delivery address Bangkok. No problem. The perfume arrived neatly within the estimated time and I have had no problems with foreign credit cards etc.
worked fine last year, ordered from the Netherlands, delivery in San Sai, always cash on delivery.
Dear Jean
We regularly order from Lazada and everything was delivered very quickly and correctly.
A few months ago I ordered a heavy "treadmill" and it was delivered 4 days later by a courier service.
For small packages, they usually use EMS.
Lazada does ask for a telephone number and when the driver is in the area he always calls to report that delivery will be made & usually they also ask where exactly should be delivered. (usually they don't speak English)
So you can order from BE and have it delivered in TH, but there must be someone at home or nearby who speaks the local language.
1 of the largest online stores in Thailand. Already ordered a lot myself.
Tip 1: Both on the website and in the app they hand out discount codes that you can use when ordering.
Tip 2: be careful with paying with NL credit card as they sometimes refuse these payments. They do not cancel the payment, but refund a similar amount and then you lose a few percent.
I am also very satisfied with Lazada, which does not only exist in Thailand, by the way. Singapore and I believe Malaysia also have a Lazada.
In the beginning I paid cash on delivery, but I have a Thai Paypal account and pay through them.
Items coming from abroad require a longer delivery time. You don't get everything there, but more than in most stores and often cheaper too. For example, a few months ago I needed a stylus for my note. In the store 350 baht, at Lazada 100!
There is another similar online store, Ali Express, which also protected me from fraudsters. They also offer a lot, but there are also many scams. Offers that are too cheap. For example, a new iPad for 75 dollars.
I find Lazada a reliable and fast supplier.
Hello Tom.
Lazada, perfectly fine. Have already bought 5 items including a big TV of 25.000 bath.
You can compare them with the Dutch bol.com
Their website is great and once you have ordered you will be informed almost daily via email when the item arrives.
I have chosen to pay in advance via my credit card. No problem so far, when I returned home the item was ready at the reception downstairs.
What was striking was that the MasterCard/ABN AMRO once blocked things. I called them and they had a story about the past that things had not gone well.
After that, the payments went smoothly.
Success with it. Please note that sometimes a kind of discount code can be mentioned. Small print, but saves another 1000 baht
You have to watch out for imported products. Because you can't exchange it when you open the package.
But how can you tell if something is wrong if you can't open it? I bought a Lenovo phone for my wife. And the description said multiple language. But that was only English and Chinese. Since my wife is not very good in English, I sent it back. But that was not possible.
They sent it back to me. I didn't take it. After a long time of emailing and calling. Would I get my money back. I get a call 3 weeks later and they told me to accept the phone and not get my money back. After a few angry phone calls and emails I got my money back after 3 months. Later I ordered some small things that were not imported and that went well.
The first time I ordered something from Lazada, I paid with my credit card. No problem. The next time I put a rice cooker for my mother-in-law in the shopping cart. And oops it was already paid. Simply copy the data from the previous order. Couldn't be undone even though I wanted to. Notified Lazada who casually informed me that the carrier would be notified and the rice cooker would not be delivered. Happened anyway. Up to three times. After many e-mails to Lazada, I was informed that they would refund the amount. However, that would take three months.
I still order from Lazada, but only if the item can be paid for upon delivery.
By the way, pay close attention. With a discount, no guarantee is usually given.
Very correct service and fairly fast delivery, unless it comes from China then it can sometimes take 10 days, otherwise usually 2 or 3 ..,
Payment can be made in different ways
1 ) ... Cash to the courier upon delivery .
2 )….You order and ask for a code from Lazada and with that code you go to Family Mart or 7/11 there give
you pay for the code and in return you get a receipt for receipt .. and when the courier brings the package he is
already informed that it has been paid … both these ways of payment are very easy and
especially interesting if you find it dangerous to work with a bank card or credit card
3) other ways one can use are with bank or credit Card Master or Visa
4 ) and pay via home banking through your own office where you have an account
If you are not comfortable paying online by card or via home banking, the first choices are very easy,…and the safest
Good luck !!
I also ordered, payment on delivery, and no problem. smaller things are delivered with a motorbike, for larger things it will happen with a larger means of transport, I suspect. Excellent service.
