Dear readers,

At the end of this year I want to go to Thailand – Isaan and Chiang Rai/Chiang Mai for a few months. Is there a form of B&B in Thailand? And if so, where can I find addresses? Or is homestay something like B&B.

Many thanks for responses.

Regards,

antoon

    Dear Anthony,
If you search with the English term of your abbreviation, Ie. Bed and breakfast including the desired place name you come across all sorts of things. Many at Airbnb, but also for example Agoda. Homestay is also possible, but guesthouse is used more. Because you want to stay a little longer, the advice is usually to book short-term first and look on site.
    Success.

I don't know if you can download apps, but there is such a thing as Airbnb. Useful.

Have a look at track bua, chiang rai, simple hotel with breakfast options, have been coming there myself for years, ideal for me with few wishes (like TV, which is not there)

We have been running a boutique home-stay just outside Chiang Rai city for years. A nice middle ground between a guesthouse and a hotel. You can take a look at http://www.bambuhboutique.com
