Looking for a contractor near Khon Kaen
Dear readers,
I follow the section looking at houses with great interest. I am also about to build a house. I live +/- 30 km outside the city of Khon Kaen.
My question is: who knows an English speaking, reliable, honest, not too expensive and skilled architect / builder in Khon Kaen or the surrounding area? Someone who is open to different ideas? I know this is a lot, but surely they will be there?
Many thanks in advance for the responses.
Regards,
Lonnie.
Just contact me. My brother-in-law (speaks English) designs and one of my graduates runs a construction market annex construction company. Speaks perfect English.
please also send me your details. [email protected]
I am also interested Chris, but what are your details to be able to contact you or your brother-in-law or graduates. Which construction market is it and which construction company?
My brother-in-law would be seen in the Netherlands as a self-employed person and designs houses, but also interiors for offices and boats.
My former student's company is Udon Thaipipat Ltd.
At the end of next year my wife and I will move to Udon and together with her brother my wife will start a 'real' company in the construction industry. My wife (graduated construction engineer) worked for about 25 years as a quality and general manager in the construction industry throughout Thailand: houses, roads, bridges, waterworks according to Western standards. If there is enough interest, she can start the business earlier.
I can be reached: [email protected]
I would like to get more information from you
[email protected]
Hi Chris, thank you for your response. I would like to hear more. Do you live in or around Khon Kaen? Jr. can reach me at [email protected]
thanks in advance Lonnie.
Have a good day we live in Khon Kaen. And we can help you think you can call me under number

Same question regarding Bueng Kan location.
Is further north on the Mekong.
Lonnie I am a contractor myself, and had my house built about 20 years ago by a contractor from Korat, after I first visited various construction sites of his during construction and various projects that had already been completed. He works all over Thailand. My house has been standing for almost 20 years now and there is still no crack in it, it is about time for a lick of wall paint, but after 20 years I think that is only a plus. He speaks reasonably good English and makes an all-in price in advance with installment payments. He uses standard prices for the materials, those prices are also stated in the contract, for example, if you can get the tiles cheaper than what is stated in the contract, you will get the difference back. I would almost say that I know how to guarantee him, but that is very far fetched. He will soon build 2 apartment buildings for me and I think that says enough. Khon kean is close to Nakhon Ratchasima so the distance is certainly not a problem. You can reach me by email, [email protected] for the rest i wish you good luck.
Kind regards, Ben Korat
Dear HansG,
I'm going to ask around my wife, family about Bueng Kan.
My wife works until 22:00 PM. Furthermore, in January in Thailand I will have my
consult acquaintances. They want a time frame.
Yours faithfully,
Erwin
Call Khun Denchai 0892536428. Has renovated several condos for me and built a house in surin to my complete satisfaction.
hello lonnie,
We had our house built 2 years ago by ASA from khon kaen. We are very pleased with the design, quality, handling of warranty points and accessibility.
