I am posting this ad for an acquaintance. He offers his house for sale. The location is about 60 km above Hua Hin in a quiet and rural area. The house has three bedrooms (all 4 x 4 meters) and one bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned. Everything is neatly renovated and looks like new. The garden does need some attention.

The asking price is 1.600.000 baht (now € 43.273).
