We built this house in 2016 in Uttaradit province. The house is built in a modern style all on one level with double cellulose walls for optimal thermal insulation. We chose a self-contained bungalow for family, friends or passing guests, it is equipped with a bathroom, kitchen and air conditioning.

The house has 1 master bedroom, 1 study, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and air conditioning throughout, as well as a second outdoor kitchen. All doors and furniture are made of teak. There are 2 large partially covered terraces.

The water comes from a well and goes through a treatment plant that makes the water drinkable. We have it tested in university labs designed for that purpose. We have fiber optic with a bandwidth of 450Mb.

The house is located in the middle of a plot of 5 rai (0,8ha). We planted hundreds of trees, teak, mahogany, flowering bee trees and many fruit trees (bananas, mangoes, avocado, grenadines, stews, limes, papaya, etc). We also built a mushroom farm with automatic watering and a vegetable garden covered with a mosquito net under a frame. With the heat of spring, it is necessary to water every day to keep both the trees and the grass green. That is why we have installed pipes for watering by means of a pump.

This property is absolutely perfect for pandemics like the Covid and to be able to live in self-sufficiency and in complete safety.

My wife wants to be closer to her family and so we decided to put it up for sale.

    Asking price?!

What a beautiful house! What a beautiful garden. And now for sale… a pity.
How much should a house like this cost with so much land?

9 million baht, which is a very reasonable price.
With the government's policy of strengthening the baht against the euro, this comes to around €252.000 today.
The baht will certainly continue to strengthen, as will Asia economically.
Also note that the government offers long-term visa facilities to investors in Thailand.

Target price? Indication? Bandwidth? Starting point? Or is it by auction?
Deliver us from this burning uncertainty… a

So many pictures, but unfortunately I didn't get a good impression of what the house looks like from the outside.

I see a nice Honda Phantom TA 200 in the garage there, I have one myself.

Everything stays in the house, except the car, my computer and T-shirt.
Household appliances, dishes, 4K TV, beds, mattresses, bedding, furniture, tools (compressor, welding machine, grinders, etc.)

    Dear Benoit,

    Beautifully and very simply built.
Lots of space that can also be used for adjustments.

Furthermore, the inverter is old and will have to be replaced.
Still, in my opinion, this house is a very nice house.

The ground has been nicely taken with it and also offers opportunities again.

    Yours faithfully,

    Erwin

The inventory is not exhaustive, it would take many pages to be complete. Starting with the Huskvarna R213-C tractor. Thai or Chinese mowers are not of good quality and everything that is imported is unfortunately almost 3x more expensive than in Europe. We are never a winner everywhere. :-).
The steel frame is treated with 3 layers of anti-rust and there is a first insulation under the tiles and a second insulation of 25 cm glass wool on the ceilings.
All air conditioning is "inverter" and LED lighting.
The garage door and gate are electric.
There are 2 extra barns and a space for pumps and filters (manganese, activated carbon, fine particles + UV) in stainless steel of 1m60 and 1m80 which are not shown in the photos.
At the back of the garage there is a 3x6m shed with shelves for storing drinks, food, etc. leading to the kitchen = easy when you come back from the supermarket.
Everything is on the ground floor, planned for the old days 🙂
      and so on.

    Ben(ever),

I can't help but inquire about the stew trees you say you have.
Will vegetarian/vegan stews grow there? 😉

    Dear Benoit,
The whole looks solid, safe and beautiful.
Very "playful" are the different tile motifs in the rooms, kitchen or recreation area.
Also especially safe because of the 2,5 mtr high wall, but that must have its reason.
Good luck with the sale of your "estate"

      Thanks for your comment,
I continue to maintain and improve the house, the garden and the soil around it.
With the arrival of the Covid, there are no more investors in Thailand.
This doesn't bother me, I'm happy here and if I don't sell it now, it's for later.
      Thank you
      Ben
