Dear Martin,
A long time ago I told you that I am taking Finasteride Tb 5mg for my prostate problem. Now I'm having a little trouble peeing. Especially in the morning I have to wait a long time (2 to 3 minutes) before the urine starts to flow. My question to you is should I start taking an Alpha Blocker and if so which brand suits Finasteride and do I sometimes have to stop taking Finasteride or can I just continue?

Dear J,
You can try to get your hands on Dutasteride which is a combination with Tamsulosin 0,4.
If that does not work, you can also buy Tamsulosin separately. Take in the evening. Your blood pressure may drop, which can cause dizziness. Hence it is better to take it before going to bed.
