Dear Martin,
I am 78 years old and I use Xoterna Breezhaler because I have COPD. I tried to get this medicine in Thailand, but in every pharmacy where I inquired she told me that she did not know about this medicine.
Do you know of a replacement for this medicine that is available in Thailand?
With thanks and best regards,
Awaiting your reply.
Regards,
C.

Dear C,
According to my data, the Ultibro is available in Thailand, but that doesn't say much. You can try it at a hospital or have it sent to you
A replacement is hard to find.
You can, however, use a combination of inhalers such as:
Formoterol 12 mcg (inhale twice a day), or Salmeterol (Serevent) 2mcg (25 x a day)
Bromuro de Ipratropium (Atrovent) 40 mcg (4 x daily), or Bromuro de Tiotropium 25 mcg (Spiriva respimat) 25 mcg (1 x daily)
Take a good look at the user manuals.
Yours faithfully,
Dr. Maarten
