Dear J,
The first number is the result. This is followed by the normal value for the relevant laboratory. For example, SGOT 46. Normal value between 0 and 40.
I then observe the 10% margin of error for almost all values. So nothing wrong.
FBS = Fasting blood sugar. Fasting sugar value. Is a bit too high. Repeat after 6 hours without eating.
HbA1C sugar in red blood cells. This is a value that shows whether there have been high blood sugars in the last month. OK
Cholesterol is OK. Is a pointless test in the future.
BUN is Blood Urea Nitrogen. A kidney function test. Is on the high limit, but not too high. Drink a lot.
Creatins: Kidney function.
SGOT and SGPT are liver tests: OK, but don't consume too much alcohol.
URICACID, uric acid is a test for gout, among other things. OK
LDH I don't see a result, but a normal value.
Total PSA 10,76? Is high, but firstly the test is not reliable and secondly total PSA does not say much. Free PSA is a better test, but it is also inconclusive about the prostate.
A haemogram is missing, as is a sedimentation ESR. Two cheap but essential tests.
Unfortunately, many data are missing. See the list on Thailandblog. So I can't really draw any conclusions.
Yours faithfully,
Dr. Maarten
