Dear Martin,
I have been taking the drug kinzalcomb for 16 years. Now with the problems of COVID-19 I couldn't go to Belgium. I tried to buy it here, but very expensive: 1050 baht for a box of 30 pills.
Maybe you know an alternative that is a bit cheaper? In Belgium I pay 16 euros for 90 pills.

Telmisartan/HTCZ 40/12.5 (Kinzalcomb) is a so-called “me too” preparation and does the same as Losartan/HTCZ 50/12.5 or Candesartan/HTCZ 32/12.5.
You could try those resources. The dosages are comparable. I don't know what they cost. That differs per pharmacy.
Generic products are usually cheaper.
