I am very happy that you are posting these messages, Erik! I watched and listened to the video where three young people without nationality tell their story. Touching! I often encountered them in the north. They have ambition, want to contribute to the community, but can't. Sometimes I hate the Thai authorities!

Tino, that is why I edited this website after consultation with Thailandblog.nl and translated it where necessary to draw attention to the activities that are now taking place under the leadership of the UN and with funds from the EU, among others. Fortunately, there are also NGOs that help.

Thailand has committed itself to solving these problems within a period of ten years, but often papers are missing and go look for them in a country in ruins like Myanmar today.

e thai, do you have a better link? This one doesn't work (anymore).

You don't wish statelessness on anyone, such a 10-year card is better than nothing but still presents many obstacles. I also simply wish those children a nationality so that they are seen as full citizens.
