Agenda: Day trip to Maha Chai with the NVT Bangkok

Also this year the NVT Bangkok wants to make a day trip to Maha Chai with a group. The slow train journey there is already an experience. We arrive in the middle of a fresh market. After a short walk through that part of the city, we arrive at a restaurant on a ferry where the most delicious fish dishes can be ordered.
Participants are requested to be at the ticket office of BTS station Wong Wian Yai on Monday, April 18 at 10:00 am. We will then walk for about 1 km, and by regular train to Maha Chai. On the platform we can drink a cup of coffee in an authentic Thai coffee shop while waiting for the train.
We expect to be back in Bangkok around 16:00 PM. Costs for coffee, train travel and lunch in a restaurant are for your own account.
