Message from the Dutch Embassy in Bangkok: The Dutch Embassy invites everyone to attend a film screening, an activity in collaboration with the EU delegation in Thailand.

On Thursday 12 December at 19 pm, the film “A Stranger in Paradise” (a documentary by Guido Hendrikx, see the trailer below) will be shown in the garden of the residence.

There is free popcorn and soft drinks. Bring your own sitting mat, the number of seats is limited. Entrance via Wittayu Road, there is no parking.

    I think it's a well-chosen theme.

    Paradise is nice as a fairytale in the various faiths, but in the world outside, paradise is no different than finding the grass greener elsewhere than at home.
    50 shades of green ranging from extremely yellow to grass green.

    Without migration in search of something better, there was little population in Australia, the two Americas and also in the Netherlands.
    Wealth and certainly sharing leads to fear and that says a lot about the mentality of a people.
