What is the most healthy and sustainable way to look around in a historical place like Ayutthaya? Yes, of course by bike!

As part of the Dutch Sustainability Days, the Dutch embassy invites everyone to join the Dutch ambassador, Kees Rade and local administrators on Sunday 12 May. riding a bike on a special cycling tour through the historic heart of the ancient city of Ayutthaya.

From Baan Hollanda it is a 19 km long bike ride along the banks of the great Chao Praya River and through the Ayutthaya Historical Park with a visit to the reclining Buddha.

Registration

Participants have to get out of bed early, because registration at Baan Hollanda takes place from 6 am. The bike tour starts promptly at 7.15:XNUMX am from the parking lot next to Wat Pananchoeng.

The participation fee per person is 299 baht, which includes guidance, insurance, a “Holland goodie bag”, a polo shirt and water. You can bring your own bicycle, but you can also rent a bicycle on the spot for 200 baht extra.
