On November 21 I leave for Thailand. I go for 121 days, at the embassy I get 2 entries but I have to do a visa run every 59 days. What to do with the last 3 days?

Does anyone have experience with "KAN AIR"? They fly with a Cesna (12 pers.) directly from Chiang Mai/Hua Hin/Chiang Mai.
