The Beachfront Club, beach hotels mapped (video)
A beach hotel with sea view. For many, such accommodation offers the ultimate beach feeling. When you go on holiday and book a beach hotel, you naturally expect that the resort will be located right on the beach, but this is often not the case.
Reader question: Is postal delivery in Thailand reliable?
Because we regularly stay in Thailand for longer periods, we naturally also make many friends, whom we sometimes want to surprise personally from the Netherlands with a card or letter in a way other than via the PC. Now it has happened to me a few times that the mail I have sent does not arrive at all and this happens to several people in the Netherlands upon inquiry.

If you believe Thailandblog…
I regularly read Thailandblog. Sometimes instructive with great tips, sometimes meaningless articles and sometimes wonderful stories that make me laugh. To be fair, sometimes things like the lamentation about the motherland and not wanting to hear a bad word about Thailand annoy me sometimes. Or worrying about health insurance.
I have been living in Bangkok for 11 years for my work. My life is fine here, the only thing I don't like is that freedom of expression has not improved since the military came to power.
