Na 13 jaar in de file te hebben gestaan bij de betaalpoortjes op de snelweg heb ik mijn vrouw eindelijk kunnen overtuigen dat easypass of m-flow toch wel makkelijk is, namelijk vorige maand 2x een uur in de rij gestaan. Dus vorige week gestopt bij het kantoor van M-flow langs de snelweg en lid geworden.
We kunnen alle manieren gebruiken, easy-pass/m-pass en m-flow. Het apparaat is van M-pass.
So far so good, maar nu wil ik mijn apparaat koppelen aan de app easy-pass, maar blijkbaar gaat dat niet. Alleen aan de app M-pass.
In de app easy-pass staat het saldo duidelijk vermeld, daarom wou ik die ook installeren. Waarschijnlijk staat het saldo ook wel vermeld in de app M-pass, maar ik kan het niet vinden.
Dus mijn vraag is wie weet waar het saldo te vinden is in de app M-pass?

Hi Bert,
De EXAT App (Easy pass) werkt inderdaad met een prepaid tegoed. Daarom zie je daar een saldo.
M Flow werkt echter met een credit card (en wellicht ook met een debit card). Daar komt dus geen saldo aan te pas binnen de app.

Wij hebben een apparaatje van M-Pass waarmee je zowel easypass/mpass en mflow kunt gebruiken.
Hier zit ook een prepaud tegoed op, maar ik kan dat saldo niet vinden.
Ik heb er geen verstand van.

Here are the specific methods for each tollway:
For M-Pass (THAILAND’s Motorway Network):
Call Center: Dial 1586 (press 9) or 02-111-1111 (press 0) to speak with an M-PASS agent 24 hours a day.
Website: Visit the official M-PASS website at http://www.Thai-M-Pass.com.
Monthly Statement: You will receive a detailed monthly summary of your toll transactions and balance via postal mail, according to the M-PASS information.
SMS Alerts: If your balance falls below a certain threshold (THB 200 or THB 60), you may receive an automated SMS alert to notify you to top up.
For Easy Pass & MFlow (Both are now referred to under the M-PASS System):
The methods above for M-Pass also apply to Easy Pass and MFlow, as the Department of Highways has consolidated them under the M-PASS system. You can use the same call center, website, and SMS alert system.

After you drive through an Easy Pass toll gate, you will hear a loud “beep”. Then, there is a big screen on the right showing you the charge as well as your remaining balance.
