In Thailand I am often amazed at the speed with which construction is done. Yet we Dutch people can also do something about it, as this timelapse video shows.

You can see how a 70-metre-long tunnel is being built under the A12 motorway in one weekend. Work continues 24 hours a day, even in the rain.

And yes, it has nothing to do with Thailand, but we can be proud of our own frog country every now and then.

Beautiful video , another reason to be proud of our small high - tech country .
In Thailand they can only dream of this.
Everything old technology and super slow.
And once a road is ready again , it can be repaired again after less than a year .
It will never work out here.
By the way, the same applies to housing construction, 50 years back in time people work here as they used to in Holland.
Not to mention the quality of the work here in construction in Thailand .

Yes, I am also always surprised when I come back to Thailand (Pattatya) after 2 or 3 months what has been renewed, renovated, changed and renovated?

But a tunnel in a weekend is a clever piece of Dutch construction technology and I don't see the Thai doing that!
