100 million baht damage due to fire at cosmetics company

On Friday night, a major fire broke out at the cosmetics company Milott Laboratories Co in Samut Prakan. Three sheds went up in flames. The warehouses contained raw materials for cosmetics and perfumes. The damage amounts to 100 million baht.
The fire brigade turned out with twenty vehicles. Loud explosions were heard as firefighters were fighting the fire. The fire brigade could not do much more than keep the sheds and two containers with 10.000 liters of alcohol wet. Three vehicles also fell prey to the flames. Police suspect a short circuit as the cause. It took firefighters all night to contain the fire.
