At Visaned in Pattaya, your Thai partner can learn Dutch in eight weeks. The Dutch teacher (who also speaks Thai) also provides free guidance to pass the integration course abroad (MVV). This is the first step in a so-called entry and residence procedure (TEF) for long-term residence in the Netherlands.

Visaned training is intended for Thai people who want to prepare for the civic integration exam abroad. Thai people who want to come to the Netherlands for a longer period of time or permanently need an authorization for temporary residence (MVV) as a first step. They can only obtain a Provisional Residence Permit if they successfully pass the civic integration examination. That exam is taken by computer at the Dutch embassy in Bangkok.

The civic integration examination abroad consists of three parts:

  1. Knowledge of Dutch Society (KNS).
  2. Fluency.
  3. Reading skills.

During the course at Visaned, Thai students are prepared for this exam. After eight weeks of course (100 hours) and with the necessary self-study, the candidate is ready to take the exam. The costs for this course are € 520,-

When your partner has passed the exam, you can start the entry and residence procedure at the IND. You can read more about this here: www.thailandblog.nl/Immmigration-Thaise-partner-naar-Nederland1.pdf

Visaned: An excellent preparation for the civic integration examination abroad

Visaned is a Dutch school that has an integration course that is specifically aimed at preparing your Thai partner well for the integration exam. The Dutch lessons are given in Dutch and Thai. There are different levels to start with, depending on the previous education, the integration course is given in Naklua Pattaya Thailand.

Because the exam is taken with a computer, the students are also taught how to take the exam with the computer. Based on many test exams, Visaned can determine which parts the student has mastered well, and which not. In this way, one is able to determine the chances of success and whether additional lessons are needed. The average student who already has the necessary command of written English needs 100 hours to be ready for the integration exam.

There is a special course for students who speak and read little or no English. These students also pass the exam, but will need a little more time.
