I would like to go to New York next year with my Thai wife. My wife has an F card. Do you know where I have to apply for the visa for the USA?

This question is actually an extension of a recent reader's question, the F card has practically no added value except that it is of course necessary to return to Belgium/Europe: www.thailandblog.nl/visumquest/vvr-stay-permit-met-thaise-girlfriend-to-vs/

Your partner will have to turn to the US Embassy. More information and instructions can be found on the website of the American embassy: dutch.belgium.usembassy.gov/visas.html

If your partner meets all the requirements and shows that she lives in Belgium, the visa should be fine.
