Dear Ronnie,

A lot is written about visas, but my question is, what have I ever heard in the corridors that there is also a 5 or 10 year visa for retirement. And that you then have to secure 3 million Thai Bath for 1 year. Is more information available about this and where is the best place to find it?

Dear Robert,

Yes that exists. It is the Non-immigrant "OX". Not available for Belgians by the way. I don't know on what basis that decision was made.

Just go to the website of a Thai embassy and there it is.
