Questioner: Rob

If the immigration office is closed, what about your reporting obligation? You must report within 48 hours upon arrival? So it won't work. Or don't register anymore?

Then you do as when an immigration office is closed during WE and/or public holidays and go the next working day they are open, and/or you follow the instructions on what to do when the immigration office is closed due to circumstances.

With regard to the temporary closure of Immigration Pattaya, this will not lead to "overstay" if your stay period would expire during that period, you can also submit your TM47 and your TM 30 the next working day that they are open again.

And if there are urgent matters, you can still contact the Immigration Office in Sri Racha. As it says in the message
