Thailand Visa question No. 150/22: Tourist visa

I've already searched the forum, but I can't really find the right answer to my question. I want to apply for STV visa (for a stay of 70 days in Thailand). Under step 4 (Supporting documents) I have to upload the following documents:
6 . Proof of fully-paid Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ) or Alternative Hospital Quarantine (AHQ) not less than 14 days. I thought this was no longer necessary, what should I upload here now?
7 . Applicant's spouse (no age specific) or children (age under 20 years old). I don't understand this question. My husband is not going to Thailand. What should I upload here?
It says * so it is a required field.

You do not need an STV (Special Tourist Visa). The requirements are too extensive for a simple tourist stay of 70 days. You can currently only stay in Thailand with it until the end of September 22. The STV is a temporary visa that currently runs until the end of September 22. Whether that will be extended remains to be seen.
What you mention there in 6. is actually what was previously required for a Thailand Pass, but the requirements mentioned there no longer apply.
If your husband doesn't come along, he doesn't have to prove anything either. It also says (If Any)
“Details of applicant's spouse or children (under 20 years old) who will travel to Thailand with applicant or who resides in Thailand (if any)”
It may be that if you are traveling with your children and without your husband that they want to know his name and want to see proof that he has given permission for you to go to Thailand with those children.
For a stay of 70 days, an ordinary tourist visa is also sufficient. Upon arrival you will receive a residence period of 60 days. You can extend this in Thailand by 30 days. (1900 Baht)
Or a Non-immigrant O Single entry. You immediately receive 90 days upon arrival.
Requirements can be found here and it is also these that you must follow. Not limited to what is on the Thai Visa website itself

VISA TYPE: Tourist Visa (60 days stay)

- Longer stay for retired persons (pensioner aged 50 or above)
VISA TYPE: Non-immigrant O (retirement) Visa (90 days stay)
Besides the visa, the Thailand Pass is currently also applicable. Think about that.
You can always read on the link what applies at that time and what you need to provide to obtain the Thailand Pass. Those requirements depend on whether or not you are vaccinated
