I know this has been asked before, but still. I want to bring my girlfriend from Thailand to the Netherlands in this corona time, but the rules are constantly changing due to corona.

Can someone advise on what I and they should do and purchase now?

See this reader question from a few days ago. Thailand is still on the list of safe countries so entry bans or restrictions do not apply:

Schengen visa question: Can my Thai girlfriend simply travel to the Netherlands despite corona?

As long as Thailand is seen as safe by the EU, people can simply travel from there. The EU travel ban does not apply to Thailand as long as the country has the stamp 'safe'. Some airlines do require a Covid (rapid) test. Pay close attention to that.

The situation may be different tomorrow, so check the central government website regularly regarding safe countries and corona rules. The Foreign Affairs website on travel to and from Thailand also provides up-to-date travel information. Keep this information to hand, because many civil servants do not know the exact state of affairs either.
