Questioner: Gustavus
Ronny, I would like to divorce my Thai wife. Of course I met someone else. I am retired and have been living in Thailand for 5 years. My question, what should I do to live in Thailand with my new girlfriend?
Later there is a possibility for marriage. But certainly not the first years. What should I do to stay with her?
I wish a very clear answer.

If you have an extension based on Thai wedding, you must notify immigration of your divorce. Normally that extension then expires, but they can also decide that you can continue to use it until the end date. With a new application for renewal, you will have to apply for it as “Retired”. Until you get married again.
If you already have an extension based on “Retired”, you don't have to do anything.
If you are going to live somewhere else, don't forget to pass on your new address to immigration as well.
Then your question “what should I do to live in Thailand with my new girlfriend.”
You want a very clear answer.
Well, move in with her. What do you want me to answer more of that. You don't want me to arrange your move or something, do you?
