Thailand Visa question No. 205/23: Visa application – Fill in name
Questioner: Jacoba
I have a question about the 90 day visa. I filled in all the details as on my passport, uploaded documents, and clicked done. When I look at the declaration to be signed, my surname first, then my third baptismal name, then my second baptismal name and finally my 1st baptismal name. I can't correct that anywhere in the statement.
Later I also filled in everything for my husband, including first his last name, then his first name and then his second name. The final statement also contains his last name, his second name and finally his first name. Can I submit the applications this way? It will cost €1 if it is not accepted.
Thank you very much in advance

I don't think you can do more than enter the right name in the right place. You will also find more information about that here:

I cannot explain why they appear in a different order.
What you can do if you have any doubts is to contact the embassy to ask for information. Perhaps there are readers who had similar doubts and who can reassure you how things turned out for them in the end.
