For the night owls and avid walkers among us, don't forget to visit Insomnia in Bangkok.

Looking for a nice place to go out? To have a drink, enjoy music or dance? Club Insomnia is worth trying out. Insomnia is known for nightlife in Pattaya. At the end of last year, an Insomnia opened in Bangkok on Sukhumvit Soi 12 according to the same concept.

Although the club is already a well-known hotspot in Pattaya, it is always questionable whether this disco will also make it in the more competitive nightlife of Bangkok. Probably, because Insomnia in Bangkok has a lot to offer in terms of image and sound.

The huge dance floor immediately catches the eye and is reminiscent of a bygone era of John Travolta's Saturday Night Fever. Insomnia always has an interesting DJ line up, but also special parties and theme evenings (nights) such as the Full Moon Party, Playboy Party and the Sexy Black Party.

The audience present can be described as a mix between young, not so young and middle age. Both Asians and farang know their way to this place of entertainment. The present funky beats, sexy coyotes and delicious cocktails guarantee a festive evening.

Insomnia is a relative newcomer to Bangkok's nightlife scene, but it rivals the established clubs. Are you a night owl, tourist, expat or a local looking for a new club to have a drink or dance, you will find it here.

You can at least take a look, the entrance fee is 300 baht for men, including a drink. Women pay only 100 baht.

    Khan Peter,
It will be quite cozy there, but I don't like these kinds of places in Th.

Do you remember the fire in December 2009 in the Santika nightclub, oh maipenrai only 59 dead.

    How's the fire safety there?

    • @ I think you better not go anywhere. The same applies to shopping malls, cinemas, offices, hotels, etc.
