SBS 6 and 333TRAVEL make 'Dream trips in Asia'

From Sunday 8 January 2012, SBS 6 will broadcast the new travel program Droomreizen in Asia. Viewers are taken on a journey of discovery through Indonesia in six episodes, Thailand and Sri Lanka. The program shows undiscovered areas and highlights.

In the episodes special destinations and excursions are discussed and trendy and luxurious, but also authentic Asian accommodations are examined. Dutch travelers tell about their experiences in the visited destinations.

The presentation of the travel program is in the hands of Patrizia Struchel, Asia specialist and product manager at travel organization 333TRAVEL. She gets in Dream travel in Asia closely followed during her search for wonderful places, exceptional ones hotels and special excursions.

“Dream travel in Asia is a docusoap for inspired travelers with a passion for the Far East,” says Struchel. “We show where and how best to travel in Asia. At the same time, viewers learn how our products are made, which is very interesting for travel enthusiasts.”

The brand new presenter has over twenty years of experience in the travel world, knowledge she uses to familiarize the viewer with the ins and outs of traveling in Asia. So she spends the night Thailand with a traditional tribe in the mountainous north, she practices Tai Chi in Lumpini Park in Bangkok and investigates whether the Tiger Kingdom tiger reserve in Chiang Mai is a suitable excursion.

The first episode of Dream travel in Asia will be broadcast on Sunday, January 8, at 15:00 PM on SBS 6. The twenty-five-minute episodes are repeated weekly on Tuesday afternoons. The broadcasts can be viewed online via SBS 6 Programma missed.

In conjunction with the television broadcasts, 333TRAVEL is organizing a campaign on Facebook, with which participants have the chance to win a free trip to Thailand for two people. During the recording of the travel program, a statuette of Facebook's 'like' icon was photographed at various locations. Participants must find out at which destinations the photos of the statue were taken.

Broadcasts are also uploaded to the channel www..com/333travel so that expats and retirees in Thailand can also view it.
