Statement of Insurance and statement of amounts – continued
The loyal Thailand blogger may know that since the spring I have been dealing with the problem that our Dutch health insurers (at least most) refused to mention amounts in their “statement of insurance”, in accordance with the requirements of the Thai government.

Following our posting of yesterday, September 30, about the statement of the SKGZ on the Statement of Insurance, this response from the SKGZ about my comment that, against my express wish, the statement was presented as “Binding”. Apparently the SKGZ overlooked this and acknowledged its mistake in the email below.
The ruling of the SKGZ was received on 29 September XNUMX and has been sent to the editors in full. Because I do not agree that suddenly, contrary to my request, the decision would still be binding, I have lodged a protest against this because it was against the agreement. I also refer to the appendices.

Reader's submission: Update dispute with health insurers/CZ/SKGZ
Very recently (Saturday 18/9) Thailandblog posted my latest update on this matter. In it I reported the letter from CZ. I have now sent the following response to SKGZ.
As known to the loyal Thailandblog readers, this issue concerns the refusal of Dutch health insurers to state the desired amounts (THB 400.000/40.000 In/Outpatient and US$ 100.000 Covid related) in their Statement of Insurance. Because my insurer CZ also refuses to do so, I reported the dispute with CZ on 10 June to the SKGZ, Stichting Klachten en Geschillen Zorgverzekeringen. They have taken it into consideration and submitted the dispute to CZ.

I entered Thailand in November last year with the usual COE. At that time, the Thai embassy in The Hague still accepted the statement of insurance issued by my insurance company, OHRA, part of CZ.
