Today finally (after 9 weeks) I received my 3 months Non O retirement from Brussels. Now they didn't put my name on the paper wrong, certainly 🙁 They put part of my last name before my first names and behind that the rest of my last name. So all the names are correct, but mixed together.

Many years ago I visited a village in the vicinity of the town of Tha Tong along the river Kok. Both Karen and Akha ladies stayed in this village. To my regret I did not name the photo at the time and collect as many tips as possible about where to look, as I would like to name the place of the photo. I certainly know that at the time we made a trip on the Kok river with a longtail boat.

I would like to change the name of my Thai girlfriend in Thailand this year, my only question is which documents should I apply for and bring with me here in the Netherlands? I suspect that I need to bring a Personal Records Database (BRP) and a copy of the civil status, but is that correct or are several documents required?
